인류 최대의 명절

이스라엘 백성이 이집트를 탈출한 후 하나님께서는 시내산에서 십계명을 비롯한 (출20장-24장) “너는 한 해에 세 번 나에게 명절을 지킬지니라”고 하셨습니다. 그중 마지막 명절은 추수가 끝나는 시기(9월-10월경)에 열렸으므로 수장절(출 23:16, Feast of Ingathering)이라고 하며 장막절(Feast of Tabernacles)이라고도 부릅니다.

 

예수 그리스도께서는 하나님의 성전으로서 장막절에 이 땅에서 태어나셨고 하나님의 어린 양으로서 유월절에 드려지셨으며 몸 된 교회를 세우시고자 오순절에 성령님을 보내셨고 마침내 이 땅에 천년 왕국을 세우시기 위해 다시 장막절에 재림하실 것입니다.

 

민족 최대의 명절 추석은 사실 우리가 장막절이라는 명절을 지키게 될 것을 미리 보여주는 것입니다. 비록 지금은 조상을 기리는 왜곡된 형태로 지키고 있지만 주께서 오시는 그 날 그리고 그 후 영원히 이날은 인류 최대의 명절이 될 것입니다.(슥14:16-17)

 

출23:16 
16 그리고 수확절을 지킬지니, 네가 밭에 뿌린 너의 수고들에서 나오는 첫 열매들이라. 그리고 연말에 있는 수장절을 지킬지니, 네가 밭에서 너의 수고들로 거두어들인 때라.
And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.

 

슥14:16-17
16 ¶ 그리고 이러한 일이 있으리니, 예루살렘을 대적하러 온 모든 민족들 중 남겨진 모든 자마다 만군의 주이신 왕께 경배를 드리고 장막절을 지키려고 해마다 올라가기까지 하리라.
¶ And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
17 그리고 이러한 일이 있으리니, 땅의 모든 족속들 중에서 만군의 주이신 그 왕께 경배하기 위해 예루살렘으로 올라오려 하지 아니하는 자들이 누구라도, 바로 그들 위에 비가 내리지 아니하리라.
And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

 

1. 이스라엘 민족의 명절로서의 장막절

① 기뻐해야 할 시간(레23:39-40): 추수 감사(신16:13-15, 행13:15)
레23:29-40
39 또한 너희가 그 지역에서 열매를 거두어들인 때인 일곱째 달 십오 일에 너희가 칠 일 동안 주께 명절을 지킬지니라. 첫째 날이 안식일이 될 것이요, 여덟째 날도 안식일이 되리라.

Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.

40 그리하여 너희는 첫째 날에 보기 좋은 나무들의 원가지들과 종려나무들의 가지들과 굵은 나무들의 원가지들과 시내의 버들들을 너희에게로 취할지니라. 그런 다음에 너희는 주 너희 하나님 앞에서 칠 일 동안 크게 기뻐할지니라.

And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.

 

신16:13-15
13 ¶ 네가 너의 곡식과 너의 포도즙을 거둔 뒤에 너는 칠 일 동안 장막절을 준수할지니라.

¶ Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:

14 그리고 너는 너의 명절을 크게 기뻐할지니, 너는 너의 아들과 너의 딸과 너의 남종과 너의 여종과 너의 성문들 안에 있는 레위인과, 타국인과 아버지 없는 자와 과부와 함께 그리할지니라.

And thou shalt rejoice in thy feast, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite, the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates.

15 너는 주께서 선택하실 곳 안에서 주 너의 하나님께 칠 일 동안 엄숙한 명절을 지킬지니라. 이는 주 너의 하나님께서 너의 모든 소산에, 또 너의 두 손이 하는 모든 일들에 있어서 너에게 복을 주실 것이기 때문이라. 그러므로 너는 반드시 크게 기뻐할지니라.

Seven days shalt thou keep a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose: because the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thine increase, and in all the works of thine hands, therefore thou shalt surely rejoice.

② 기억해야 할 시간(레23:41-43): 광야 생활(신8:2,  시78:72)
레23:41-43
41 그리고 너희는 연중 칠 일을 주께 명절로 그것을 지킬지니라. 그것은 너희 세대들 가운데 영원토록 규례가 되리라. 너희는 일곱째 달에 그것을 기념할지니라.

And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.

42 너희는 칠 일 동안 초막들 안에서 지낼지니라. 이스라엘인들로 태어난 자들은 모두 초막들 안에서 지낼지니,

Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:

43 내가 이스라엘 자녀들을 이집트 지역에서 데리고 나왔을 때 친히 그들을 초막들 안에서 지내게 하였다는 것을 너희의 세대들로 하여금 알게 하려 함이라. 나는 주 너희 하나님이로다.’”

That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

72 그런즉 그가 자기 마음의 온전함에 따라 그들을 먹였고 자기 두 손의 능숙함으로 그들을 인도하였도다.

So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skilfulness of his hands.

 

2. 인류 전체를 향한 예언적 의미

①  솔로몬 성전의 봉헌식(대하5:12-13, 12-14)
대하5:12-13

12 또한 노래하는 자들이었던 레위인들, 곧 아삽에 속한 자들과 헤만에 속한 자들과 여두둔에 속한 자들이 모두 자신들의 아들들과 자신들의 형제들과 함께 흰 아마포로 차려입은 채 심벌들과 솔터리들과 하프들을 가지고 제단의 동쪽 끝에 섰으니, 그들 곁에 일백이십 명의 제사장들도 나팔들로 소리를 내며 있었더라.)

Also the Levites which were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets:)

13 나팔수들과 노래하는 자들이 주께 찬송하고 감사하는 것이 들리도록 하나의 소리를 만들고자 한 사람처럼 되었더라. 또 그들이 나팔들과 심벌들과 음악을 위한 악기들과 함께 그들의 목소리를 높여 주를 찬송하며 말하기를, “이는 그분께서 선하시기 때문이요, 그분의 자비가 영원토록 지속되기 때문이라.” 하였을 때 무려 이러한 일이 있었으니, 그때 그 집, 바로 주의 집이 구름으로 가득 채워졌더라.

It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;

 

대하12장, 14장

②  예수 그리스도의 탄생일(요1:14, 요2:18-22)
요1:14
14 그런즉 그 말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 지내셨으니, (우리가 그분의 영광을 보았는데 아버지의 독생자로서의 영광이라.) 은혜와 진리가 충만하였더라.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

 

요2:18-22
18 ¶ 그때 유대인들이 반응하여 그분께 말씀드리기를, “당신께서 이런 일들을 행하시니 무슨 표적을 당신께서 우리에게 보여주시나이까?” 하였더라.

¶ Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?

19 예수님께서 그들에게 대답하여 말씀하시기를, “이 성전을 헐라. 그리하면 삼 일 만에 내가 그것을 일으켜 세우리라.” 하셨느니라.

Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

20 그때 유대인들이 말씀드리기를, “이 성전을 건축하는 데 사십육 년이 걸렸는데 당신께서 그것을 삼 일 만에 만들어 세우시겠나이까?” 하였더라.

Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?

21 그러나 그분께서는 자신의 몸 된 성전에 관하여 말씀하셨더라.

But he spake of the temple of his body.

22 그러므로 그분께서 죽은 자들로부터 살아나셨을 때 그분의 제자들은 그분께서 그들에게 이것을 말씀하신 것을 기억하였더라. 그러고는 그들이 성경 기록과 예수님께서 하신 말씀을 믿었더라.

When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

 

③  재림과 천년왕국의 도래(눅9:28-33, 슥14:16-19)
눅9:28-33 
28 ¶ 그러고 나서 이 말씀들을 하신 지 약 팔 일이 지났을 때 이러한 일이 있었으니, 그분께서 베드로와 요한과 야고보를 데리고 기도하러 어떤 산속으로 올라가셨더라.

¶ And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.

29 그런데 그분께서 기도하시는 동안 그분의 용모의 모양새가 달라졌고 그분의 의상은 하얗고 반짝였더라.

And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering.

30 그리고 보라, 거기에 두 남자가 그분과 함께 대화하고 있었으니, 그들은 모세와 엘리-야였더라.

And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:

31 그들이 영광 가운데 나타나서 그분께서 예루살렘에서 이루셔야 하는 그분의 임종에 관하여 말하였더라.

Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.

32 그러나 베드로와 그와 함께한 자들은 잠에 깊이 빠졌더라. 그러다가 그들이 깨어났을 때 그들이 그분의 영광과 그분 곁에 서 있는 두 남자를 보았더라.

But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.

33 그리고 이러한 일이 있었으니, 그들이 그분을 떠나는 동안 베드로가 자신이 무슨 말을 하는지 모른 채 예수님께 말씀드리기를, “스승님, 우리가 여기 있는 것이 좋사오니, 우리가 장막 셋을 짓도록 허락하소서. 하나는 당신을 위한 것이요, 하나는 모세를 위한 것이며, 하나는 엘리-야를 위한 것이니이다.” 하였더라.

And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said.

 

슥14:16-19
16 ¶ 그리고 이러한 일이 있으리니, 예루살렘을 대적하러 온 모든 민족들 중 남겨진 모든 자마다 만군의 주이신 왕께 경배를 드리고 장막절을 지키려고 해마다 올라가기까지 하리라.

And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

18 그리고 만일 이집트 족속이 올라가지 아니하고 오지 아니한다면 비를 얻지 못하리라. 장막절을 지키러 올라오지 아니하는 이교도들을 주가 칠 때 내리는 재앙이 거기에 있으리라.

And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

19 이것이 이집트의 형벌이자 장막절을 지키러 올라오지 아니하는 모든 민족들의 형벌이 되리라.

This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.
