종말을 살아가는 성도의 신앙생활

[본문] 살후2:1-3
1형제들아, 우리 [주] 예수 그리스도의 오심과 우리가 그분께로 함께 모이는 것으로 말미암아 이제 우리가 너희에게 간청하노니
1Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and [by] our gathering together unto him,
2너희는 영으로나 말로나 혹은 우리에게서 왔다는 편지로나 그리스도의 날이 가까이 이르렀다 해서 쉽게 마음이 흔들리거나 불안해하지 말라.
2That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3아무도 어떤 방법으로든 너희를 속이지 못하게 하라. 먼저 떨어져 나가는 일이 일어나고 저 죄의 사람 곧 멸망의 아들이 드러나지 아니하면 그 날이 이르지 아니하리라.
3Let no man deceive you by any means: for [that day shall not come], except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
코로나 사태, 기후변화로 인한 여러 재앙들 그리고 뒤이은 전쟁들은 이스라엘 백성이 하나님께 불순종할 때 하나님께서 내리신 징계들 즉 칼, 기근 그리고 역병을 떠올리게 합니다.
지난 주에는 마지막들의 위험한 때를 사는 우리는 무엇을 해야하는지 살펴보았고 이번주는 그 연속선상에서 종말을 살아가는 성도는 어떤 자세로 신앙생활을 해야 하는지, 말씀을 통해 주님의 음성을 듣겠습니다. 우리 모두 말씀에 순종하십시다.
1. 불안해하지 말 것(살후2:1-3)
2. 아무도 속이지 못하도록 주의할 것(마24:4)
4예수님께서 그들에게 대답하여 이르시되, 아무도 너희를 속이지 못하도록 주의하라.
4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
3. 예언의 말씀에 주의를 기울일 것(벧후1:16-21)
16우리가 너희에게 우리 [주] 예수 그리스도의 권능과 오심을 알려 줄 때에 교묘히 꾸며 낸 이야기들을 따르지 아니하였으며 우리는 그분의 위엄을 눈으로 본 자들이니라.
16For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
17뛰어난 영광으로부터 이러한 음성이 그분께 나서 이르기를, 이 사람은 내 사랑하는 아들이라. 내가 그를 매우 기뻐하노라, 하실 때에 그분께서 [하나님] [아버지]로부터 존귀와 영광을 받으셨느니라.
17For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
18하늘로부터 나온 이 음성은 우리가 그분과 함께 거룩한 산에 있을 때에 들은 것이니라.
18And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.
19또한 우리에게는 더 확실한 대언의 말씀이 있으니 날이 새어 샛별이 너희 마음속에 떠오를 때까지 너희가 어두운 곳에서 비치는 빛을 대하듯 이 말씀에 주의를 기울이는 것이 잘하는 것이니라.
19We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
20먼저 이것을 알라. 성경 기록의 대언은 결코 어떤 사적인 해석에서 나지 아니하였나니
20Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
21대언은 옛적에 사람의 뜻으로 말미암아 나오지 아니하였고 오직 [하나님]의 거룩한 사람들은 [성령님]께서 자기들을 움직이시는 대로 말하였느니라.
21For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake [as they were] moved by the Holy Ghost.
4. 절제하며 살 것(빌4:5, 고전7:29-31)
빌4:5
5너희의 절제를 모든 사람이 알게 하라. [주]께서 가까이 계시느니라.
5Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord [is] at hand.
고전7:27-31
27네가 아내에게 매여 있느냐? 벗어나려 하지 말라. 네가 아내에게서 놓여 있느냐? 아내를 구하지 말라.
27Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife.
28그러나 네가 장가를 가도 죄를 짓지 아니하였으며 처녀가 시집을 가도 죄를 짓지 아니하였으되 그럼에도 불구하고 그런 자들에게는 육신 안에 고난이 있으리라. 오직 나는 너희를 아끼노라.
28But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.
29그러나 형제들아, 내가 이것을 말하노니 때가 단축되었으므로 남은 것은 이러하니라. 곧 아내 있는 자들은 없는 자같이 되고
29But this I say, brethren, the time [is] short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none;
30우는 자들은 울지 않는 자같이 되며 기뻐하는 자들은 기뻐하지 않는 자같이 되고 사는 자들은 소유하지 않은 자같이 되며
30And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not;
31이 세상을 이용하는 자들은 남용하지 않는 자처럼 되라. 이 세상의 외형은 사라지느니라.
31And they that use this world, as not abusing [it]: for the fashion of this world passeth away.
5. 자주 모일 것(히10:23-25)
23(약속하신 분께서 신실하시니) 우리의 믿음의 고백을 흔들림 없이 굳게 잡고
23Let us hold fast the profession of [our] faith without wavering; (for he [is] faithful that promised;)
24서로를 살펴보아 사랑과 선한 행위에 이르도록 격려하며
24And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
25어떤 사람들의 습관과 같이 우리의 함께 모이는 일을 폐하지 말고 서로 권면하되 그 날이 다가옴을 너희가 볼수록 더욱 그리하자.
25Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some [is]; but exhorting [one another]: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
6. 인내하며 살 것(약5:7-12)
7그러므로 형제들아, [주]께서 오실 때까지 인내하라. 보라, 농부가 땅에서 나는 귀한 열매를 바라고 이른 비와 늦은 비를 받을 때까지 오랫동안 그것을 위해 인내하느니라.
7Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
8너희도 인내하고 너희 마음을 굳건히 하라. [주]의 오심이 가까이 다가오고 있느니라.
8Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
9형제들아, 서로 불평하지 말라. 그리하여야 너희가 정죄를 받지 아니하리라. 보라, 심판자께서 문 앞에 서 계시느니라.
9Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.
10내 형제들아, [주]의 이름으로 말한 대언자들을 고난당하는 것과 인내의 본으로 삼으라.
10Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.
11보라, 참는 자들을 우리가 행복한 자로 여기나니 너희가 욥의 인내를 들었고 [주]께서 주신 결말을 보았거니와 [주]께서는 지극히 동정심이 많으시며 친절한 긍휼을 베푸는 분이시니라.
11Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.
12그러나 내 형제들아, 무엇보다도 먼저 맹세하지 말지니 하늘로나 땅으로나 다른 어떤 맹세로도 맹세하지 말고 오직 너희의 예는 예라 하고 너희의 아니요는 아니요라 하라. 이것은 너희가 정죄에 빠지지 아니하게 하려 함이니라.
12But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and [your] nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.
7. 긴급히 말씀을 선포할 것(딤후4:1-2)
2말씀을 선포하라. 때에 맞든지 맞지 아니하든지 긴급히 하라. 모든 오래 참음과 교리로 책망하고 꾸짖고 권면하라.
2Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
8. 순결한 삶을 살 것(요일3:2-3)
2사랑하는 자들아, 이제 우리는 [하나님]의 아들들이니라. 우리가 앞으로 어떻게 될지는 아직 나타나지 아니하였으되 그분께서 나타나시면 우리가 그분과 같게 될 줄 아노니 이는 우리가 그분을 그분께서 계신 그대로 볼 것이기 때문이라.
2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
3그분 안에서 이 소망을 가진 자마다 그분께서 순결하신 것 같이 자기를 순결하게 하느니라.
3And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
9. 주님의 나타나심을 사모할 것(딤후4:8)
8이후로는 나를 위하여 의의 관(冠)이 예비되어 있나니 [주] 곧 의로우신 심판자께서 그 날에 그것을 내게 주실 것이요, 내게만 아니라 그분의 나타나심을 사랑하는 모든 자들에게도 주시리라.
8Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
